The Ultimate Athlete Plan is 12-week off-season program for baseball, football, basketball and hockey players at any level that is serious about taking their game to the next level. The plan is broken into three sections mental performance, sports nutrition, and sleep & recovery. Being a former professional athlete player, I know what it takes to get to the next level, and being able to educate the next generation of athletes is key. When you finish the program, you’ll be more educated, and have a structured plan and routine on and off the field year around.
